如果說蘋果店沒問題， 家裏有問題， 不應該是軟件或硬件的問題， 更像你網絡的問題，盡管你have tried both routers,  it won't eliminate the  possiblity of your own Wifi configuration issue, higly recommend you should take your laptop to somewhere, like friend's house or starbuck to test it out.

Also, it may not be a bad idea to get an adpater for  USB to Ethernet,  wire is always better than wireless
