偶然拾得一把牛刀，想用來殺雞，請教：用什麽砧板才好？

拾來的牛刀： Server, Dual P4-3.2GHz, 4G Mem, 400G SCSI RAID.

想殺的雞： 視頻編輯，圖象處理 (不做服務器)。

可選的砧板： XP Prof., XP 64-bit, Server 2003.

請教：對於上述的雞，什麽砧板才能最大限度發揮牛刀的功能？請各位不吝指教。
