OBiTALK 逼著我繳費？

我在加拿大，用obitalk多年，最近隻能打出，不能打進，重新設置後，能打進，但不一會兒，又不行了。變成“Register Failed: Server Not Reachable”。

是不是隻能交費了？各位有什麽招？先謝謝啦。
