wifi conneting problem

i don't remember what I tried to change or already changed in the internet setting.  these days my wifi connecting keep randomly dropping.  every time when this happened, I manually disconnect and reconnect my wifi then it go back to normal.  after a while, it come back again.  what is the problem and how to fix.
