windows10,,,windows cant open add printer.

problem in win 10...""windows cant open add printer. the remote procedure call failed""...

in window 10,, lost all most the printers.. when click add printer. this word ""show up..this happeded after Pc had deleted all the virus programs....please help...need to reinstall printer again.

try to google the answer, but cannot solve. pls help..

also cannot write chinese. sorry.
