請教：Win10 最近不能關機，不能看照片。

台式LENOVO電腦，半年前從win７升級到win１０，一直使用正常。最近發現主頁左下角icon，左擊鼠標沒反應，不能關機。但是右擊鼠標可以關機。另外發現電腦內照片都打不開，顯示如下：There is not enough free menory to run this program, exit one or more programs and then try again. 可我沒有開其它程序，硬盤至少70%是空的。請問如何解決這個問題，先謝了。
