Ok,it's fixed now, here is what works for me

Boot up your PC and wait until it fully loads to the windows 10 start menu.
- Hold down the power button and wait until the computer fully turns off.
- Quickly move to the back of the computer and unplug / replug the power cord.
- Press the power button, and as quickly as you can move to hold the DELETE key.
- Windows 10 will boot saying "Please wait" instead of normal booting this time.
- When it boots, you will be presented with options which will take you to the ability

網上找到的法子，極器“想“（響）了好一會，“please wait”之後，把鼠標直接還給我用了。不需要option什麽的。
