如何Save 網上的文章，包括附著的圖像和照片， 以便off line 也能看？

如果用File > Save As >.html 和 Encoding UTF-8, 那麽就要連網絡才能打開，或這篇文章還存在, 是嗎？問題是如何在off line 的清形下也能打開Save的網絡文章，包括圖片和動態畫像,如.gif或youtube的連接？
