求救:網絡電話(座機)既不能打出也不能打進，電腦打出沒有問題。

好幾年都用得好好的。前2天打國內，聊的時間太長，居然把錢打光了而被自動掐斷。充值後，座機沒法使了。在家搗騰2天了也沒有弄出個所以然來。隻好映照頭皮想大俠們求救。
