求助about:blank page got changed

My about:blank (homepage) got changed by some virus. Although the Address bar show "about:blank" but the page shows some other web page (a searching website). I was told yesterday here it is a QQSender virus.

I download spant and QQKav but the problem is still there.

Anyone knows how to fix it? THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
