問一個網絡問題

我上一個website，即使沒有用用戶名登陸，網絡管理員也可以看到我的IP地址吧。是不是once I get on it, 網絡管理員 can see me right away or it has a little bit time delay..like a couple seconds ...  or it has record on the server even I stay a short time...just curious
