1)在你的DATABASE裏CREATE TABLE, 先確定你是用MYSQL 還是ORACLE. THIS IS THE ORACLE TUTORIAL.

2)WRITE A CGI/PERL SCRIIPT (e.g database.cgi) to connect to your database AND PUT IN YOUR CGI-BIN FOLDER. In you sign-up html page, the action field of the form should be action="database.cgi".
