iPad不用那麽多錢。
區別：Ipad有很多apps， 有些是很好的學習的，對孩子很有益處的。你也可以設置passcode，這樣，沒有passcode, 孩子不能用Ipad。
          Laptop, 用處很多，就是不能利用各種apps. 你也可以設置password, 限製孩子不能用。

控製孩子上網的軟件，是不是也適用iPad?
我沒用過，小孩在小學，可是蠻自覺的，passcode 都是公開的，

I personally think, it is not smart to avoid the technology. But to use it, life should be fun not depressed and feel guilty all the time. 

smartphone, ipad, internet are not demons, they can be used for good.
