求教，win 7 不認網線和無線， 重裝， 格式重裝無效， 求解。 另外近來聲卡也死翹了是否沒救了？

求教，win 7 不認網線和無線，　重裝，　格式重裝無效，　求解。　另外近來聲卡也死翹了是否沒救了？
 最近以來log off  就不能再上網，　restart 才行，聲響也類似。
