one plus one seems to support At&T 4G LTE (but not all bands) as it lists AT&T 4G LTE support on its website.
Ascend Mate 7
LTE FDD Band 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/20/28(Aphase)
LTE TDD Band 40
UMTS 850/900/1900/2100/AWS MHZ
GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHZ
AT&T 4G LTE uses LTE FDD Band 17(700Mhz), Band 5(850Mhz), Band 2(1900Mhz), and Band 4(1700/2100Mhz)--depending on locale.
I think there might be a compatibility problem between ascend mate 7 and AT&T's 4G LTE network.
Have you tried to use Ascent mate 7 on AT&T's network?

Don't have a Mate 7 as it is so new (just came out in Sept.).
