garmin nuvi導航儀裏的地址信息能否複製使用？

新買的garmin nuvi導航儀到手了，但是問題來了。舊導航儀裏存好的上百條地址信息(My favorite)實在不想逐條輸入新機器。可否有便捷的方法拷貝導入到新導航儀。如有，接上電腦後在那個目錄裏？望高手玩家指教。
