請幫忙解決update問題

我的Windows 8.1現裝有photoshop cs5 with camera raw 6.3,我想update camera raw version. 我到help -> updates.
屏幕現視如下。

The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporaily, or the internet or fire settings may  be incorrect. Please try again later. Error Code: U41M1C212

我google一下，找到一個解決方案
1.open newwork and sharing center
2.click chang adapter settings
3.right click the microsoft virtual wifi miniport adapter, and click disable
4. open adobe reader and help > check for update

我的問題是到第三步，disable adapter, 那怎麽能夠update呢? 萬分感謝！
