軟件安裝問題, 求救.

我的手提電腦,win7 home premium, 最近不能安裝軟件了, 如Adobe flash player. 一點安裝file(.exe), 就立馬灰屏(幕), 非得按Ctrl+Alt+Del,
才恢複. 請教各位高手, 是什麽問題? 指點如何解決? 先道謝了.
