Do the following steps:

1. Disabling System Restore, for WinXP Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer
Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box as shown in this illustration:
2. Scanning for and deleting the infected files. If any files are detected as infected with W32.Jeefo, click Delete.
3. Deleting the value from the registry. Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit
Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)
Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
In the right pane, delete the value:
"PowerManager"="%windir%\svchost.exe"
Exit the Registry Editor.

Finally, restart your computer
