突然發現“System Restore" 被 Turn Off 了。按照Google的instrution去Turn On 又發

沒辦法按照正常的辦法Enable System Restore.
 
我從來沒有Turn Off 過System Restore，但問題是如何才能從新Turn On 呢？

試了很多辦法，都沒用。望各位高手給與指點。
