請教精通拚音的大師，先謝謝了！！！

win7的PC, 每次用Lotus Notes的時候就會彈出個全拚的輸入法。很麻煩，不知道怎麽去除它？
去contorl panel/region看了，沒有這個東西。有哪位大師知道？先謝謝了！
