to fail, and mouse is using those sections. Two suggestions to check if it's RAM:
May be some sections of your memory start
1. Run RAM test;
2. If you have other laptop uses the same kind of ram, most likely DDR2, you could try it on the T60. If you have 2 RAMs, unplug one, then check another.
