求救: 有線網卡不工作，無法上網。

求救：
有線網卡無法上網

Windows XP Professional 原版， 剛裝上，除了裝了網卡(Intel PRO/100 VE) 外，沒有裝其他軟件。 無法有線上網，但可以無線上網。
我依次送出了如下指令，結果如下：

1. cmd IPConfig
IP Address: 169.254.251.11
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
DNS Suffix 及 Default Gateway 均無值

2. cmd IPConfig/release
結果不變, IP 地址仍為 169.254.251.11
（第一次試時，指令IPConfig/release後， IP地址變為0.0.0.0. 第二次試時，當重新啟動係統後， 重複發指令 IPConfig/release後， IP地址仍為169.254.251.11，不變。 不知何故兩次不能重複）

3. cmd IPConfig/renew
An error occured while renewing interface local area connection: Unable to contact your DHCP Server.
Request has time out

4. IPConfig
結果不變， IP address 仍為 169.254.251.11

5. 拔下網線，等30秒，再接入，cmd IPConfig:
UP address: 0.0.0.0.
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0.

6. Device Manager 檢查，網卡工作正常
Disable - Enable 網卡，結果仍為 0.0.0.0. 如 5.不變。

7. 檢查 TCP/IP設定，為裝機的default 設定， 即自動獲得IP 及 DNS

8. ping -a IP
結果為：ping request could not find host IP

不知道該怎麽辦了。請專家指導。謝謝。
