請教：Acer Aspire One D270 USB 驅動無法安裝

電腦在係統重裝後USB驅動未安裝，通過官網下載以及魯大師的驅動檢測，都是在安裝所需要的驅動的最後一步（正在安裝），突然跳出來視窗，說出現未知錯誤，安裝將退出。
現在USB插口都無法使用。
視窗是中文7。
希望高人指點。
