1/.   in China,  your parents can go to 電話營業廳   to buy the IP phone card (prepaid ).  China Mobile or China Telecom  offer this type of calling cards at local office.   Use it to call you in US .  Price is pretty cheap as it is a ip tel. charges.

2/.  another option:   if you want to buy a US phone card which your parents can use it in China to call you in US,  you may want to check out this website: CyberCalling.com .   you can use the card to call China and your parents can use it in China to call you in US.  They have China local # .
