The computer can be boot up normally after I uncheck all the processes. When I click when I try and ctrl+alt+del after about 5 minutes, saying "The logon process was unable to display security and logon options when CTRL+ALT+DEL was pressed. If the operating system does not respond, press ESC orrestart the computer by using the power switch"
