舊電腦壞了. 如何把硬盤my documents文件夾中的文件讀出來?

我有一個USB adapter. 但接上後, 接到一台Win 7的機子上, 提示“You don't currently have permission to access this folder."
我原來的機子用的是Windows XP.  哪位高人有辦法？ 多謝!
