Please recommend tablet pc or convertible or something

I have read the internet, but still can not figure out which one to buy, the following is what I need, your recommendation is highly appreciated.

1. touch screen
2. kind like computer for functions: word edit, excel, and has a full site view instead of a mobile device view, not like the mobile device view that a ipad ot phone usually offer.
3. u***** port
4. HDMI to connect to TV
