information on pageplus free activation/port in activation

I am posting required information for activation here, so I do not need to ask/explain every time. I only sold 2 cards last week. Well, it is a small start with a lot of work.

I provide free activation on pageplus. It is not only free for you, you also get $2 on your account to try it out. Pageplus prepaid calling cards 5% off. I also sell ATT, Tmobile, Red Poket, Simple Mobile cards with different discounts. Email me for more info.

If you want to port your number to pageplus, this is called port in activation, it is free too. You get same $2 credit. Please email the required information to [e-mail], please do not send me 悄悄話, 

New Activation: zip code and ESN/MEID/IMEI number.
     zip code is for picking a phone number, you can pick any zip code you like.
     Old phones have ESN number, NEW phones have MEID numbers, Global phones like Samsung Note 2 have IMEI number, you      only need give me one of these numbers.
