They give you $2 free balance if you activate a cell phone on their network. A lot of dealers on the street charges $10 for activation. I will do it for free.

Here are some plans I think it is good for people using less minutes:

$80 for 2000 mins, $0.04 per min, expires in one year, can be rolled over.
$12 per months, 250 mins/250sms/10mb data, no roll over.
