理論上應該沒有區別，

LCD背板都是一樣的，因此應該沒有區別。

輸入接口也可以互換，因此應該沒有區別。

但是，當使用HDMI輸入時， 似乎電視屏達不到顯示器的色彩以及全屏，需要just scan之類。

fianlly, my solution is to use a Monitor that has TV tuner. Since it still has DVI input, it is a monitor rather than a TV. The result is perfect.

I'd rather use Monitor and add on a tuner instead of a TV that have HDMI/DVI or VGA input.
