快被煩死了，怎麽就是不讓我裝這個XP呢?

以前用的是98，想升級到XP，可每次安裝都提示有些*.dll 的文件無法拷貝，
以為是硬盤壞了，格式化了，還是同樣問題，
懷疑光驅，找了個外接USB的光驅，問題依舊。。。
有人說係統光盤有問題， 換了，還是不行
最後都考慮win2000了，還是同樣的提示
徹底瘋掉!!!!!!
大哥大姐們給診斷診斷吧，沒藥可救了嗎?
機子是sony的notebook PIII
