Help please: after upgrading to XP service pack3 and unstall fir

 I can't read WXC front page using Internet expolorer, but i can read chinese in all forum including this one. I don't have chinese input either because I don't have CD, I asked the Computer guy to fix the unresponsive internet problem and upgrading to XP SP3. Is there a way to set up the chinese display?  Thanks!
