請教大師, 重裝window xp 問題

Dell台式機,想重裝window xp,format 硬盤後,發現cd ROM壞了,換了一個CD ROM,看似正常,進出自如,

 

請指點,謝謝.

 

 但computer不認識CD ROM, 顯示無操作係統, 用3.5"寸盤能啟動computer, 但怎樣裝window?
