also, i forcefully terminated the uninstall of 'cyberlink powerdirector' during the process-by turning off the power. when i restarted , there was loud noise so i turned the power off again. when i restarted again, i found i lost internet access and the cursor is not movable.
do you think there was a short curcirt?
