Yes, it takes time to set up.  It's fairly easy to use, even my wife knows how to use it.  All my TVs are now controled by XBMC. I have a collection ogf 1000+ movies and 100+ TV shows (~50 Chinese) which are all managed br XBMC.

I use 1Chanel to watch US TV shows and new movies (Icefilm has lost it's steam) and Chinese plugin to watch Chinese shows.
