you need to find the "Disk Management" under "Computer Management"
Click on "Start" button, then find on the right column the Computer line, right click on Computer. There will be a pop up windows, select "Manage". YOu will find "computer management" window pop up.
Click under Storage "Disk Management".
If you see more than one disk, then you can find the 2nd one. However, if you can see it but it shows no partition etc. you will need to find tools like MiniTool to recover partition.
If you can't find 2nd disk ... check wire, check power ... Hard to totally remove a hard drive within the windows system.
