求助：部分網站的中文是亂碼，怎麽解決？

我用的是Win7 Home Premium。

在Region & Language上已經選了Chinese PRC 的location。

文學城主頁是亂碼，點擊進來各大論壇和群組都正常。

雅虎討論群組的中文完全不和能顯示。

Youtube 網站的中文一半正常，一半亂碼。

怎麽辦？

我試過卸載重裝我的  google chrome， 也不行。
