SipSorcery free account中隻能有一個SIP provider。用VoipDicount就不能用其他的。

解決方法：選容許Unregistered forwarding的VoIP provider，比如IPKall、CallCentric等。他們不占用SipSorcery的SIP provider。不知SipGate行不行
