我這電腦是什麽問題，很長時間了

電腦相對老了一點，幾年前買的。
PIII-450, 32M Creative 3d blaster savage4,256M sdram, matsonic motherboard. Dual bootable system Win98 and WinXP. 在Win98下，係統穩定性極佳，從未死機或藍屏過。但自從加上XP後，XP係統既不穩定，常常在毫無準備下重起。(係統沒有病毒)。
自從安了XP後，以為是電源問題，買了一個新機箱，問題照舊。XP版本換了一個又一個，包括EWinXP, EWinXP VLK, Chinese WinXP (神州版，大企業版), Win2003. 係統還是不斷重起。這次又跟新了motherboard bios. 還是不行。實在是沒招了
請各位大俠給指點一二。
