hotmail.com是否可以拒絕某一類的E-mail 進來?

我的大學裏同學開了一個網站, 由我給一部份同學送邀請信, 可是其中有一個同學, 隻要一送給他的地址,

就得到一個message 說, this person doesn't allow invitaions. 他自己也莫明其妙.我自己到我的hotmail 查了

半天,在profile 裏也找不到有這樣的一個拒絕的功能, 哪位要是知道的話能說一下嗎?
