哪個國產的MediaPlayer可以在北美看CCTV5

聽說國產的 MediaPlayer可以在北美看CCTV5，不受IP address 的限製(許多ppstream  類似PC software 都有限製）。請教熟悉這領域的能詳細說一下牌子和型號。價格最好在100以下。
