to use it in Tmobile, besides change in "settings->phone", you also need to change phone information to GSM in "phone" information by dial:

*#*#4636#*#*

however, Dinc2's issue in china maybe related to its radio. I am also trying to solve this problem so Dinc2 can be used in 中國移動。　Will let you know what I find.
