I have a Kindle Fire (a gift). I don't know what to do with it.

What's it good for? I have at least one computer on all the time, home or work.

I have it for two months. It's still on its first charge. I played it for about 1.5 hours in last two months.

Can I read pdf files without converting them to other format? Can I watch .mov files? I'm reading programming books and watching training videos.
