替國內朋友買iPad 3 兩周後回國．, 因為現在要預定，還要等到3/16 可能拿貨，有幾個問題，

１）       在美國可買，沒有和公司簽約的裸機,對嗎？那麽Verizon指的是什麽?

２）       現在的電源該是全可在國用的（110/220V） 對嗎？

３）       有什麽副件最好替買一下？因為對iPad 不熟悉．或者我向朋友建議一下？
