new fax machine doesn't work

 

I don't have a true landline. I am using cable internet and VOIP, and my wireless fax machine....can't send fax to big company like Apple, Google.  but there is no problem sending fax to my next door neighbor.

俺都快暈了 :-(

what's going on?  

any input would be highly appreciated.
