Question about kindle fire

Kindle fire ad says it has 19 million movies, TV shows, songs, magazines, and books

Are those movies and TV shows, songs, magazines, and books  all come as default in the memory?  Or you access them online for free?  If you bring Kindle fire back to China, can you still access them?
