因為你的機器慢是因為機器裏的硬盤慢，而system restore
用的又是硬盤裏最慢的一種操作形式 - 在同一個硬盤上拷文件

email 根本不用 norton 守，隻要把 Outlook Express 的
安全級提高到限製級就成了。
