想換個網。請大家給出出主意

主要是家裏的天天抱怨網速太慢，影響了她看棒子劇的情緒。現在我想換個ISP試試，以下選擇：

1， Cable公司，我們這裏是個小cable公司，但是和政府簽了壟斷協議，隻能用這一家，以前用過，價錢很貴。

2，電話公司的DSL，現在就是DSL，幹別的都挺快，就是看棒子劇一卡一卡的，不能用。

3，外麵買的3G，4G的小盒子，從沒有試過，不知道速度怎麽樣？

我對網速的基本要求是，能保證在兩台電腦上同時流暢觀看兩部不同的棒子劇。
