簡單三步在 TouchPad 上裝 Android

經過努力，現在把 Android 裝到 HP TouchPad 上是易於翻掌了。網上的 Tutorials 數不勝數，下麵是本人的實踐（Windows 的環境），也許能省你一點時間。

現在的 webOS 版本是 HP webOS 3.0.4 77，若要升級請先 (TouchPad -> Settings -> System Updates).

1) 首先是下載，我們需要5個文件，分別是：
    novacom-win-32.tgz - x64 版本或其它 OS 在這裏
    ACMEInstaller.zip

    update-cm-7.1.0-tenderloin-a1-fullofbugs.zip
    update-cwm_tenderloin-1012.zip
    moboot_0.3.3.zip

    下載 links
2) 頭兩個文件要留在 PC 上，後麵三個文件傳到 HP 上去。
以 microUSB cable 將 Touchpad 聯上 PC，將
    update-cm-7.1.0-tenderloin-a1-fullofbugs.zip
    update-cwm_tenderloin-1012.zip
    moboot_0.3.3.zip
從 PC 拷至 TOUCHPAD 目錄 \cminstall.

在 PC 上解包 novacom-win-32.tgz，安裝 NovacomInstaller_x86.msi 到 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc
將 ACMEInstaller.zip 解包後得到的 ACMEInstaller，也拷至 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc

3) 重啟 Touchpad，啟動時手按 Volume Up 鍵，將進入 Touchpad 的 bootie 狀態（顯示一個大的 USB 標識）。
硬啟動是按住 Power 鍵，直至出現紅色選項 Shut Down. 點之關機，然後按 Power 鍵重啟（按住 Volume Up 鍵）。
軟啟動是 TouchPad -> Settings -> Device Info -> Reset Options -> Restart, 啟動時按住 Volume Up 鍵。

如果你沒有斷開 microUSB cable 的話，Touchpad 和 PC 還是相連的。在 PC 機認可了 Touchpad 之後，以 cmd 進入 C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc 運行 novacom.exe 
C:\Program Files\Palm, Inc>novacom boot mem://
幾分鍾之後，Touchpad上 會出現 Linux 的企鵝，並進程信息。
稍安勿躁，最後 Touchpad 將自啟進入 Android，你的 Project 也就告成了。


現在你的 Touchpad 是有兩套係統，切換如下：
Android -> webOS:
按住 Power 鍵到Tablet Options -> Reboot -> Reboot to webOS -> ok
按 Power 鍵啟動至 webOS

從 webOS 到 Android 也要關機（參見上麵的硬、軟啟動）重啟，請留意啟動後的 moboot 的選項 boot CyanogenMod，就進入 Android 了。
